We’re back with a podcast where John plays a synthesizer emulator and talks with Chris about writing a novel for National Novel Writing Month. You can follow John’s progress on the novel A Rock, a Skip, a Clock, and a Pirate on his NaNoWriMo page. This episode has new theme music, as well as a new schedule. We’ve decided to do the podcast more regularly now, hopefully every few weeks. However, to make these changes, it’s taken a lot of procrastination on our part, so that’s the topic for this episode. Also, this is our tenth podcast! We sat on her front porch and as cars drove by in the warm afternoon John interviewed Julie about writing songs, getting started in a rock band, how to make an album, and what she’s working on now.
